Dermoestetica Americas, ineficiencia o estafa en venta online de equipos de estetica?

Dermoestetica America promete entrega en 5-7 dias y no cumple. Son ineficientes o son estafadores? Todavia no tenemos la respuesta. Solo podemos decir que compramos un equipo de ultracavitacion que pagamos via Paypal el 1ro de noviembre y siendo el 26 todavia no lo hemos recibido.

Claro que hemos hecho los reclamos correspondientes pero no obtenemos nueva respuesta. La anterior informacion recibida de Dermoestetica Americas data del 19 de noviembre en que despues de muchos intentos obtuvimos como respuesta un numero de «guia final de DHL» que debia ser consultado en el sistema de rastreo de DHL despues de 72 horas. Pasado ese lapso consultamos el viernes 22, el sabado 23, el lunes 25 y hoy 26, con igual resultado: numero que no existe

Tambien hemos intentado infructuosamente la comunicacion telefonica.
